Yes, we provide and send samples but at customer's own cost as a company policy.

Yes, but depends on whether there is a distributor in the related country and conditions provided by the requestor company.

We usually ask for 40% in advance and the rest on B/L.
We accept wire transfer, L/C.
What is the loading time?
Depending on quantity we usually load the goods within max 10 days after the advance payment receipt.
Can I have products with different quality and size?
Yes, but depends on the product and the quantity required.
What are the delivery methods?
We usually deliver the goods on ExWorks basis. But we can also deliver on FOB, CIF, FCA, DDU, DAP and other methods.
